Your Guided Introduction to CrossFit – Build Confidence, Strength, and Results

Our Ramp-Up Program is designed specifically for individuals who are new to CrossFit or returning to fitness after time away. Whether you're feeling nervous, out of shape, or unsure where to begin — this is the perfect starting point.

Over the course of four private 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a safe, supportive, and personalized setting. Each session is led by one of our experienced coaches who will teach you proper form, help you understand the most common movements, and make sure you feel confident stepping into regular group classes.

Orleans CrossFit is conveniently located in Orleans, directly across the street from CAPS (an automotive parts store) and near Taylor Creek Volkswagen. We’re easily accessible from Innes Road and just a short drive from Highway 174 and Place d'Orléans Shopping Centre. Our location makes it simple to find us whether you're coming from the highway, the local business district in Taylor Creek, or nearby neighborhoods.
